Our Team
Asymmetric Engagement Solutions (Æ Solutions) is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Our team was established in 2023 by Julie Melville. Julie served in the Air Force as an airman, as a government civilian she led electrical and cybersecurity engineering for the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command at Redstone Test Center, and cybersecurity engineering requirements for the Missile Defense Agency before opening Æ Solutions. Our leadership team and advisors have been systems engineers for Missile Defense Agency for the developmental and operational test community, they have also been in cybersecurity engineering for over twenty years for our nations power grid control systems, Missile Defense Agency, and Army PEO Missile and Space. Æ Solutions leadership, management, and mentorship experience helps bring new technology to the warfighter.
