Leadership

Julie served her country in the U.S. Air Force as an airman, where she was responsible for secure communications and ensuring the interoperability of tactical equipment across all military branches. She later continued her service as a government civilian at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Redstone Test Center (RTC), where she worked as an electrical and cybersecurity engineer. Julie led and mentored teams in the development of innovative technologies, processes, and tools in direct support of test missions. She also spearheaded cybersecurity engineering requirements for the Missile Defense Agency and played a key role at the forefront of its digital transformation initiatives. As the founder of Æ Solutions, Julie brings her extensive experience, technical leadership, and deep commitment to mission success—protecting the customer, the warfighter, and the Nation.

Jessica has been active in the Medical arena as a researcher for the past 20 years. Jessica brings a deep commitment to delivering the most accurate information to each organizations she interacts with. She has conducted training for a range of customers to include hospital physicians and independent organizations. Jessica focuses on getting it right for each individual and not approaching it from a one size fits all mentality.
